Cute, Adorable Dresses!

I've really been in to wearing cute dresses lately. They are just so easy! There is no real planning involved-just pick out a dress, shoes that match, and pair it with either a really cute chunky necklace or some fun earrings and BAM! you've got your outfit for the day! :) Not to mention that a dress is just so much more comfy than pants. I just recently discovered forever 21 and I so in love with their styles and their prices! If you haven't been there check them out! They have cute things like this:

or how about this cute thing?

Oh, and I couldn't leave out this sweet dress from Gap

Have a wonderful day!

It's almost over!

my goodness has it been a while since I last updated! There really hasn't been too much to update about. Most of my free time has been consumed with math. I always knew that graduating college would come down to math. I'm not really the best at math (maybe that's why I'm majoring in graphic design) and I absolutely HATE doing math. If I ever hear anything about the "Gauss-Jordan" method ever again I'm going to scream! Don't get me wrong-I do think that math is very important-it is responsible for so many things that I love...such as computers, Internet, my car, cell phone, etc. I'm just so ready to be done with school...and college math...forever! :) If I can pass this class I will graduate in 15 days! Kendall says that he is going to throw me a party complete with a math themed cake-ha! In other un math related news...one of my friends just got engaged! I had a feeling that it was going to happen soon. So congratulations Cassie and Tim-I'm so happy for you!

Happy Birthday to Kat!

This is Kat-she is one of my very best friends! Sunday was her birthday and so Kendall and I joined her, her fiance, and her parents for a night of Olive Garden delight. It was fantastic! The next night we went out to Maggie Moos-it's the best. When I go I always get the weirdest flavors I can find. This time I got Cotton Candy mixed with Buttered Popcorn-YUM! I just wish that I had got some pictures of it! Kendall refuses to let his ice cream anywhere near mine-ha! What kind of ice cream do you like to get when you go out?

Here Comes the Bride!

It's pretty sad that I'm just now blogging on Thursday what happened on Saturday. What can I say, I've been busy! :) A friend of mine got married on Saturday and asked me to take some pictures throughout the day as she prepared for her wedding. It was a lovely wedding and Jen looked so beautiful! [WARNING: lots of pictures in this post!]

It absolutely makes me sick when I look at how thick and pretty Jen's hair is! :)
I just love the detail in these curls!
and let's not forget Leigh! This girl ALWAYS makes me laugh! :) I absolutely love her!

I think that this one is one of my favorites.Let's begin the make-up fun! :)

almost ready!

Kate came to visit from S.C! She and Jen were Pledge sissies-they are also SAIS! :)

here's Leigh and her beau Rick.

aaaannnnnndddddd....the cake!

This is Allison and her husband Brian-they are one of the most adorable couples!
and let's not forget the bride! This one is actually from a bridal shoot that I did with her a little while back. CONGRATS JEN AND JUSTIN! :)

Date Night

When Kendall and I first began dating we decided that Friday night would be our "date night." We both agreed that "us" time was very important to our relationship and so on Friday nights we always do something special. Mostly we go out to dinner and just talk. Sometimes we rent a movie or two and order-in. But most importantly we talk and spend time with each other. It's something that gives us something to look forward to throughout the week. In fact, I can probably count on 1 hand the date nights that we've missed throughout our relationship. [that's almost 5 years]. This Friday was no different. Kendall and I decided to try out this new Greek restaurant that has just opened up in town. We usually go out to eat first and then go to target or some other fun shopping place. But this Friday I really needed a new dress for a friend's wedding on Saturday. So we went to the mall first. Unfortunately this put us behind on eating. We were THAT couple that comes in 45 minutes before closing. I could just feel the cold stares on my back as we were escorted to our table. I did feel bad-I really did. But the food was great! This place had such a variety of different entrees. Kendall ordered Pot Roast and I ordered a cheese burger. [we go to Greek Restaurant and we don't even order the Greek food! ha!] Please excuse the crappy photography-the lighting was not very good.

Here's Kendall-this is before we got our food. He's kinda grumpy when he's hungry-but I love him anyways! :)
and here I am-I'm ready for my cheeseburger! :)
